I purchased this mattress based on the description. Per the consumer tag no natural sisal is listed as they decribe. A premium mattress is not padded with 41% textile clippings which is not mentioned at all. The wool and silk is mixed with polyfiber.There is 8% cotton felt.The mattress does give full body support. This product hypes the natural components but does not always deliver.
